      Rewarding work with wonderful clients.

      Cons

      Staff are more concerned with personal conversation with each other than tending to clients. ACCS does not value and penalizes mandatory reporters. ACCS is the reason many good aids leave the field. Hard to get fulltime or consistent schedule.
