Everything else. The boss has no regard for people on a level that doesn’t benefit himself and the company. I was expected to work as both an EA and a PA. I was subjected to dangerous and abusive situations that went far beyond the scope of my job title. I was not treated as a person or even a professional, but a personal tool, and when I could no longer adequately act in three positions as a nanny, a PA, and an EA - despite my contract stipulating my position as exclusively an EA - I was no longer acceptable. This is specific to this position at this company.
