Pros
The team is creative and is always thinking of fun ways to market the brand which is fun. The workers are pretty cool. It is not a micromanaging environment. You have some autonomy of your time as long as you complete your tasks. They challenge you in your role, so you will learn alot.
Cons
Will put way too many projects on you without considering your capacity and give unrealistic deadlines for tasks. The company does not provide any guidelines or systems to follow. You will have to figure it out on your own. I was belittled in front of co-workers countless of times. Management expect you work overtime and work events well outside of your hours without ever, giving bonuses or compensation for extra time spent. The list goes on. Company is not doing the best financially, so please be aware of this if you choose to apply. They had to cut benefits off for all the employees last year to sustain.
