Cons
Just after joining this company, I realized that I made a mistake. The company is a complete mess, and any initial hope I had for growth or improvement quickly faded.
-- Terrible Management & Zero Leadership
Management is completely incompetent, unorganized, and unwilling to listen to employee concerns. There is no clear direction, and decisions are constantly reversed without explanation.
--Toxic Work Environment
The culture here is built on fear and micromanagement. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and constantly blamed for management’s poor decisions.
-- No Career Growth or Development
There were absolutely no opportunities for career progression. There’s no investment in employees, no meaningful training, and no real chance for promotion. If you’re looking to grow your skills and advance in your career, this is NOT the place for you.
-- Poor Work-Life Balance
Expect to work long hours with little to no recognition. Management demands constant availability, even outside of work hours, and does not respect personal time. Burnout is inevitable, and any attempt to set boundaries is frowned upon.
-- Low Pay & Bad Benefits
Salaries are far below industry standards, and raises are almost nonexistent. The benefits package is minimal, and any talk of compensation improvement is brushed aside with empty promises.
I stuck around hoping things would improve, but after more than a year, it’s clear that they never will. The company does not care about its employees, and working here is a dead-end. If you value your mental health, career growth, and work-life balance, run in the opposite direction.
