Pros

Varied job responsibilities, overall quality systems experience, opportunities to be involved in continuous improvement and safety, generally friendly coworkers and employees, great experience for someone looking for a pathway into quality, auditing, manufacturing

Cons

Negative mindset about and amongst operations personnel, lack of accountability including operations leadership, great quality program but not quality minded employees, not much opportunity to grow career or salary in quality department, too much separation between the execs making decisions and operations having to carry out and follow through with unnecessary changes, bonus is earned and not a guarantee

Pros

CREMER North America is an excellent place to build your skills and take ownership of your work. In my role, I've had the chance to contribute to meaningful marketing and communications projects that directly impact the business. Overall, the organization is collaborative, supportive, and always willing to share knowledge, which makes learning enjoyable. There's a strong focus on innovation and improving processes, so your ideas are encouraged and often implemented. The company culture values open communication, and management is approachable- you will see the executive team onsite often. They are also invested in employee growth. I've appreciated the opportunities to attend industry events and participate in cross-functional initiatives- which has broadened my skill set. Overall, if you're looking for a place where you can grow, make an impact, and work with a team that genuinely values your contributions, CREMER North America is a great choice.

Cons

CREMER North America is a growing company and like any growing company, there are occasional growing pains. Priorities can shift quickly, and processes are evolving as the organization scales. That said, leadership is aware of these challenges and actively works to improve communication, streamline workflows, and support employees through transitions. The best opportunity about this, is with a growing company, there is room for growth in your role.

Pros

The pay stayed consistent, at least. That was basically the only positive.

Cons

- The work itself was manageable, but the expectation that you stay available 24 hours a day becomes completely suffocating. - Weekends never felt like actual weekends because nonstop messages kept coming in over that easily ever could have waited until Monday, but apparently nothing ever could. - Personal time stops existing because every free moment feels like unpaid work time waiting to happen. - I would make plans and constantly cancel them or obsessively check my phone every few minutes because someone always needed something. - It slowly drains you. - No paycheck makes up for the fact that you never truly get away from work.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life is important, and we are sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect that. While some roles may occasionally require responsiveness outside of normal business hours, we believe employees should have the ability to disconnect and recharge. We continue to encourage open communication between employees and managers regarding workload, expectations, and availability so that concerns can be addressed proactively. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to strengthen our workplace culture.
