Strong ownership culture where engineers are trusted to make decisions. Leadership is transparent about business goals and product direction. AI tools are encouraged and integrated into daily workflows. Fully remote environment works very well.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not suit those looking for highly structured processes. Priorities can shift quickly as the company grows.

Pros

I'm exposed to a lot of great clients.

Cons

There's no question that the leaders here at Push the Envelope PR are mentally unstable. This company has a very chaotic and messy work environment because our leaders are terrible and disorganized. Most of them are immature and unprofessional, and their terrible attitudes lead to many stressed and dissatisfied employees. They also have insane expectations and make unrealistic demands from the employees.
