Pros

ZERO! Nothing this place has to offer is worth it. I do not understand how it has a 2.4 when it should be a 0 or .5

Cons

By far, the worst place I have ever worked. Looking back, I mostly feel a mix of frustration and pity for the employees who were trying their best in an environment that seemed set up for confusion rather than success. From my perspective, leadership and management felt completely disorganized, and there was a constant sense that things were not being run in any clear or consistent direction. It often felt like knowing the right people carried more weight than actual experience, which made the workplace feel frustrating, unstable, and discouraging. In my experience, management frequently seemed out of sync with one another, even though they would present confidence that everything was under control. From my point of view as an employee, that confidence did not always match what was actually happening day to day. When issues came up, it often felt like solutions from low level employees were dismissed rather than considered, which added to the frustration and made it feel like input wasn’t valued at all. I often felt sorry for coworkers who genuinely cared about doing a good job but were left dealing with the consequences of poor communication and inconsistent decisions. Regarding compensation, I personally felt that raises and bonuses were not meaningful compared to the workload and expectations placed on employees. While management communication suggested things were handled fairly, my experience as an employee did not always align with that impression. Overall, the “positive culture” described on the outside did not reflect what I experienced internally, and that gap was disappointing. More than anything, it was frustrating to watch capable employees become discouraged over time, and I feel a great deal of pity for those who stayed hoping things would improve, only to face the same problems again and again.

Pros

I gained some useful knowledge and skills from their expertise.

Cons

- The place feels like a constant circus, with internal drama taking priority over real work - People spend more time protecting themselves than focusing on responsibilities - There is no real teamwork, with individuals often competing against their own teammates - The atmosphere is exhausting and the tension never fully goes away - Promises made during hiring did not match the actual experience - What was presented as a strong opportunity quickly turned into frustration - Support was minimal while expectations were excessively high - Employees were left to figure things out without proper guidance - Several hiring claims felt misleading once inside the role - Preferential treatment is clearly shown toward certain staff - Some employees are allowed repeated mistakes without consequences while others are criticized harshly - Better schedules and opportunities are consistently given to a select few - Reliable employees often lose hours despite doing most of the work - Effort and consistency are frequently ignored - Leadership focuses on talking rather than resolving issues - Problems remain unresolved while employees carry the burden - Poor decisions affect every part of the operation - The experience ultimately brought more stress and lost opportunity than value
