Supportive teams and colleagues who are willing to train and help staff navigate the ongoing integration following the acquisition. Leadership is transparent about challenges and remains supportive during periods of change and transition.
Cons
At times, the environment can feel somewhat chaotic as integration efforts continue. Additional SOPs, training, and process standardization are still needed, particularly around data integrity, data utilization, capitation reporting, and membership tracking. There is still significant integration work ahead for both staff and providers, but hopefully processes will become more streamlined as systems are fully aligned.
