I’ve met very hard working people here and learned patience and to endure every challenge and face them head on! I always did my best in every task and in every single thing that come my way. But despite all that, the exhaustion and stress will still break you at one point.

I have been telling the manager that we need more people to distribute the work with because there’s just too much for us to handle! We’re obviously behind schedule and couldn’t manage everything that’s incoming right now and everything else is piling up! But all requests and complaints fall on deaf ears and blatantly ignored! I’m not sure how much longer I can bear all this stress! I’ve been patient too long and a lot of my colleagues have already left. Aside from days getting lonelier, it also gets busier with more things to do from the load they’ve left! I’m now too tired and too stressed to try and be patient or complain!
