I would avoid at all costs working here. I had an awful experience being bought in as a temp and was heavily misold the role I was going into. There was no structure, guidance, or support from management at all. I had to pretty much figure out what I needed to do and realised I was the entire team with nothing of that being said in the spec or the interview. I had natural feelings of being overwhelmed due to this and voiced them to staff as I was confused about the entirety of the position. After a couple of days the temp role was completely removed due to management realising their downfall in this and leaving me in a horrible situation. When I asked as to why they’ve stopped the role they couldn’t give me a reasonable answer and just said “we make big decisions very quick”. Overall they were very cruel and unfair towards me and I don’t recommend any temp working there as they are happy to remove you immediately.
