      Pros

      Used to have a good culture. Culture is not as good now, but the people are still generally nice to work with.

      Cons

      No clarity into any decisions made by leadership. No reasoning behind who leadership chooses to be promoted and who they do not. Used to value employee loyalty under difference leadership, but no longer. Not a lot of accountability taken as you go higher up in the teams, Little to no recognition for people who do the day-to-day work.

      Everyone at the company truly cares for each others growth and there's a lot of opportunities to learn more from each other's department. They also put an emphasis on learning styles and being able to grow as workers.

      Cons

      There were no major issues other than traffic nearby.
