You need to own services which you work , if anything goes wrong you supposed to fix immediately . There is push to use AI in all aspects of company . Free food vouchers for snacks . Flexible work hours and work from home on need basis . The company has been undergoing a major transformation over the past year. As with any major change, there can be differing opinions and some resistance from long-tenured employees who may find it challenging to adapt to the faster-paced culture hence spreading negativity ..trying to influence others.
