      - Can work from home

      - TOXIC work culture - Dumb leadership mainly in SL & Racist big headed leadership in the US - FAKE job advertising, the real job is not even close to what they advertise - They use fancy words to sugar coat the fact you will be just working for someone overseas as a personal assistant / online slave. - They fired so many of my friends with no notice, no remorse, these are people who left good jobs & careers to work at oceans. - If you don't get matched you get fired too - They treat you so badly, in their minds you are just a slave & a quickly replacable product. - They keep huge margins on you, if you get paid USD 1,000 they will sell you to a client for about USD 4,000

      - Remote working conditions - Remuneration in USD, which is tax exempt - Semi flexible working conditions - Exposure to international working conditions - Fantastic support from the team

      Get access to International job opportunities Averagely above salary in USD (without taxes) Remote job opportunity

      Cons

      They have a advance process to select candidates but the clients they assign expect the day to day basic tasks that is not suitaed for the advertised posistion. They market themselves as the best recruitement company by keeping the demand and telling they hae better salaries than Sri Lankan companies, but it's nothing fdancy as they market. The salary is above average due to it's paid in USD and not having to pay taxes. Also they force employees to work for the clients even if they don't like to without really caring what the employee go through. The working hours are exhausting and not worth the money earned.
