As a longstanding member of senior leadership at Elgen Staffing, I can say with confidence that this review is categorically untrue, and very likely written by a former employee who was unable to achieve success at Elgen, and therefore, is trying to spitefully damage the reputation of an organization that Elgen’s President worked very hard to build.
First, we do not operate with fear-inducing tactics. As with most companies where a function is performance driven, if/when staff underperforms and success benchmarks are not being hit, we feel it’s in everyone’s best interest to make them aware that expectations are not being met. If that was you, wouldn’t you want to know if your job may be in jeopardy due to underperformance or would you prefer to be blindsided with a termination?
In terms of commission, we pay commission every ninety days as we measure quotas by the quarter. At times, it has been slightly longer – but six months is simply untrue and a lie.
As for the President of Elgen, he wears a pair of jeans with Nikes and either an Elgen hooded sweatshirt or fleece to work daily, perhaps a sweater here and there. No one in the company sees this as flaunting. In terms of the car he drives, who cares? I have never once seen him flaunt a luxury item and I have been employed at Elgen for over five years. Moreover, I can honestly say that the President of Elgen has never asked any of the staff to perform a task that he has not done or is willing to do. He is a hands-on leader with an open-door policy, and I believe the majority of the staff respect that.
In closing, this reads as if it was written by a bitter, former employee, who wants nothing more than to hurt and hinder Elgen from hiring good people in the future. Elgen operates as a transparent organization led by leaders who will always tell you the truth, whether it be good or bad. At times, you may not like what you want to hear, but like any staffing agency, Elgen is a metrics-driven company where performance is required.
