Sharing sensitive information or secrets with other colleagues undermines trust and professionalism. In addition, the company reportedly delays payments to external vendors. Marketing team lacks independence and is heavily influenced by sales. This dynamic appears to be linked to the close relationship between a sales director and the founder's family, compromising strategic direction. Junior salesman could shout at different colleagues in office, and HR was sitting there doing nothing. Management does not seem to care either
