2. promotion is only for people who are patient. Good luck
3. U will find a lack of synchronization between divisions, not to mention the obvious political agendas of each stakeholder
4. They can cut u at anytime, regardless of level or grade (HR is just a name, as they are already busy enough being EO for internal events)
5. health benefits are concerning. so you better save up for it
