Casinon.com was my first time working in iGaming content QA, and the learning curve was steep but rewarding. I reviewed dozens of landing pages and bonus terms daily, often across multiple languages. The team was friendly, and there was genuine pride in the brand’s content quality.

But the structure? Not always logical. Deadlines appeared out of nowhere, and sometimes I was asked to QA things that didn’t even exist yet ("we’ll upload the image tomorrow, just mark it as approved for now"). It was clear that speed often trumped clarity, which made the QA role feel like a bit of a guessing game.

Casinon.com gave me a rare chance to lead localization strategy across multiple European markets. As a Senior Localization Manager, I wasn’t just translating but being deeply involved in tone development, brand alignment, and even A/B testing culturally tailored content made the job so much better. The biggest upside? Trust. I was given the freedom to hire freelance linguists, implement CAT tools, and revamp workflows. My work had visibility and business impact.

The internal structure was sometimes chaotic. Stakeholders from product, SEO, content, and brand all had different priorities, and getting alignment was frustrating, especially without a single clear owner for international strategy.
