      It is an amazing SaaS base company and the best work culture.

      Cons

      The management is not up to the mark for SaaS market & industry like this implementing BPO structure in a SaaS base company which is really funny in a way not recommend to work in operations.

      Good people - nice office space - good company for older people

      Cons

      * Zero work–life balance * Opinions, ideas and voices are ignored; everyone only nods for the CEO * The CEO interferes in nearly every decision, and once he joins a conversation everyone switches to “yes” mode . in my years of experience i have never a CEO interfere this much * No amount of work will earn you more than a 10% raise
