      Pros

      - get to learn several skills on the job already - managers are approachable and will guide you if you ask - implemented hybrid working

      Cons

      - salary is too low for IT roles (almost similar to an office desk job) - standards and processes are not implemented throughout every group - minimal employee engagement - no training for your role nor any trainings relevant to your skillset - benefits are too little - working several projects and several roles but compensation doesn't match the workload - office space is cramped

      Pros

      Central location. got to get out of the office for in-person presentations.

      Cons

      Needed up-to-date Services. Got beat out by competitors. The manager failed to show up for a presentation I had set up when I was starting out. had to do endless cold calling on lists that had already been beaten to death.
