Pros

Salary is great especially for new graduates

Cons

Not supportive enough for graduates, KPI focused. Supervisor was not present and did not provide adequate support, difficulties obtaining training and would force grads into complex cases

Pros

Team leaders and seniors are the sweetest and do their best to support clinicians, although sometimes falling short through no fault of their own.

Cons

Run, the money is not worth it. Turnaround times times are about 12 months, even for seniors or team leaders. Managers change frequently, leaving the team with no stability or consistency. While the NDIS is always changing, AAA is slow at adapting to these changes. The concierge team is no better, who repeatedly make careless, sometimes catastrophic errors. Their responses can take weeks, and the worst part is that they still get things wrong even when the instructions are clearly outlined in the email. I don't think I need to say more about KPIs, the other reviews have already explained it perfectly.
