Pros

Brilliant agency, with brilliant people & brilliant clients. Each day is different, new challenges, new industries & new ways to improve & learn. We're a pro-active agency and are continuously growing & improving. Great bunch of people in the office and we have fun whilst getting the job done!

Cons

As with any agency, things move fast! As long as you're happy & prepared to put the hard graft in, you won't be disappointed.

Pros

Opportunity to work across a variety of clients and projects

Cons

Broken monitor took over two months to be resolved, impacting productivity Loud and distracting office environment that made it difficult to concentrate Heavy emphasis on time tracking, creating pressure around hourly allocations Work assigned that was not always planned or clearly communicated Limited flexibility, particularly around working from home when unwell Felt unable to raise concerns openly or have feedback received constructively Lack of adequate tools and support when starting the role Workplace culture did not feel supportive or inclusive Benefits were changed or removed with little clarity or communication Role felt heavily task-focused with limited opportunity for growth or autonomy

Pros

In the years I was at Digital NRG I arrived knowing nothing but was given the opportunity to be involved in EVERYTHING. I was promoted three times during my time with DNRG I got to work in three departments with some incredible people. A very fast-paced and exciting environment. Saw the agency grow from 10 people to 30+ and from 100 to 500+ clients. One thing never changed, the growth, the buzz and the ever-changing product offering and the people. Very flat managerial set-up where everybody is very much involved and working together.

Cons

Covid changed the office culture slightly, going down to 2 days WFH and 3 days WFO. The SEO department saw a number of changes in my last year but the team did not have the right people.
