No pay for care support and unrealistic use of own car

MyCare is a company that places premium on excellent delivery of care to client. She has put structures in place to ensure effective delivery of care to clients.

Carers are on the receiving end as those on contracted hours practically has no work-life balance. Although the work is said to be flexible, but working 12 days of 14days isn't flexible and constraining a set to people to regular evenings and night shifts while some others end their shifts at lunch time with more hours isn't flexible and results in inequalities.
