      - Flexible time with once a week onsite - CEO is nice and accommodating - Has mental health breaks and period leaves for women - Compensation is okay

      Cons

      - Gossip culture among teammates, especially for underperformers - Unpaid overtime / burnout culture - High turnover of employees (only top management stays beyond the one-year mark), so there is lack of stability in the team

      i liked everyone as a person! everyone was friendly and they had a lot of activities to ensure work-life balance

      Cons

      salary was low for interns (P3k/month) and it was confusing since we had to learn a lot by ourselves
