      Evergreen food sector Foreign visits esp to China Good b2b customer base - major FMCGs Employment provider for local people

      Cons

      Family owned business.. Profits are good and goes directly to family pockets and no one knows how much.. Salary and benefits are peanuts for freshers.. Company is still running in 90s regarding pay and principles.. If you work here as a fresh engineer forget about switching to good companies.. A security gaurd is paid better than a fresh engineer here.. No clear salary policy and hr policy Unnecessary work load and pressure.. The top management has absolutely no idea about the value of quality human resources in building the company.. Severe bootlicking helps or you can be fired anytime and no one has a say in it..
