- Good pay while the job lasted
- Great health insurance
Cons
- If you're not French, polish up that resume and keep it ready. You will be replaced whenever they can get a H1B/L1 visa approved and ship a frenchman over to replace you. I've seen it happen to a few friends.
- Additional pay for visiting worksites and working 90-100hr/weeks is poor (less than minimum wage). They take advantage of the exempt status of employees.
- Little support from management. Sink or Swim.
- HR isn't flexible in regards to scheduling.
- Horrible safety culture. I have seen employees made of examples of for submitting safety concerns (constant jokes at their expense from managements and safety personnel).
