Pros

As a fresher and a Talent Acquisition Intern at Bhanzu, I can confidently say that this is a fantastic company for anyone just starting their career journey. Bhanzu provides a welcoming and inclusive environment, making it an ideal place for freshers to learn and grow. From day one, I felt like a valued member of the team. The company's culture is incredibly friendly and supportive, and there’s a genuine emphasis on helping new employees adapt and succeed. What stands out the most is the approachability of senior leadership. It's rare to find a workplace where you can have open conversations with senior post holders without feeling intimidated. They are always ready to lend a helping hand, share their knowledge, and offer guidance whenever needed. Working at Bhanzu has given me the opportunity to interact with experienced professionals who genuinely care about my growth. The hands-on experience I’ve gained in talent acquisition has been invaluable, and the mentoring from my colleagues has made this internship not just an opportunity, but a learning experience I’ll carry with me into my future career. In summary, Bhanzu is an excellent company for freshers to join, offering a friendly, approachable work culture and a great learning environment. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, develop new skills, and feel supported along the way, Bhanzu is definitely the place to be!

Pros

Nothing Worst Pathetic Unprofessional Zero growth

Cons

Worst company experience I’ve had so far. If you genuinely want to build a career in HR, especially in Talent Acquisition, think carefully before joining operations roles that are falsely presented as HR opportunities. The job role promised HR exposure, but the actual work was purely operational. On top of that, the work culture was extremely stressful and unhealthy. Instead of support and leadership, the management pushed unrealistic pressure on the team. My experience under the manager was deeply disappointing — poor handling of stress, lack of people management skills, and constant pressure that seriously affected mental well-being. No employee should ever feel mentally harassed to the point where their peace and confidence are destroyed. I’m grateful I finally moved out of that environment. Prioritize your mental health, career growth, and workplace culture before accepting any role. No job is worth losing yourself over.
