where to start? my line manager changes every 3 months, and people don't care, this Electa online system is rubbish, never works but they are reluctant to change to Zoom for whatever reason. I am unable to discuss this with higher up.
I lost a lot of students because of Electa. The admin system is a mess, I have to use this app to clock in, which sometimes works, and sometimes does not. sometimes I get random emails asking how many hours I had - but not every week, sometimes they ask me to write a review --- I don't understand why I am writing those lesson summaries and clocking in if I have to do them again separately.
If I call someone to fix something in the system, I am promised that it will be sorted ASAP, then the line manager goes on holiday for 2 weeks right after... Infuriating management, no one cares, students and tutors are suffering.
