What I liked the most about working at Lifeline Direct was the opportunity to engage with the community. Interacting with customers and working alongside dedicated volunteers was incredibly rewarding.

Lack of support from management and HR made the job difficult. The store manager was uncommunicative and dismissive. HR missed multiple meetings, even regarding mental health. After a supportive area manager left, I felt abandoned and eventually chose to resign.
