Controls are a mess, high turnover for capable employees but slackers are retained. Compliance head changes every year and they all end up as lemons Do not go near operations, compliance, and information technology if you treasure your career, especially compliance or anything to do with AML. The complex politics and lack of basic work ethics will make you want to leave the moment you arrive. Not honest about what the true job description entails. Ask hard technical questions during interviews and you will be surprised how little they know
