Pros

It’s a friendly environment where supervisors are generous with their support and guidance. The work is interesting and creative – no dull repetitive tasks, no micromanagement, no office drama. I can experiment with new ideas and tools, and the team is open-minded and willing to share feedback.

Cons

It can become hectic when deadlines draw close.

Pros

I can't say they weren't nice people. The place paid on time.

Cons

- I spent weeks developing campaigns that got scrapped because expectations had shifted without any communication. - Priorities would change mid-week with no warning, forcing me to abandon work I thought was urgent. - Success was never defined, which meant I constantly doubted whether my work was even on track. - I'd complete projects believing they were the main focus, then learn they weren't actually important. - I couldn't figure out which goals were real versus which were just noise.
