This place went from decent to disastrous. What used to be a structured, collaborative team has become chaotic and demoralizing. Leadership is unprofessional — decisions are made without transparency, facts aren’t checked, and the office runs on rumor and gossip. There’s no accountability: good performers are ignored while politics and favoritism decide who stays and who leaves.

Processes are broken, communication is non-existent, and turnover is high — not surprising given the constant blame-shifting and lack of clear direction. Opportunities for real growth or fair appraisal are virtually nil. If you value a respectful, professional environment and merit-based advancement, don’t join this company. Short-term pay may exist, but the long-term cost to your sanity and career is not worth it.
