Pros
Small team with start up mentality, lots of projects, agile development that is actually applied and used well. Product focused with lots of room for growth and experience in a diverse tech stack. Fully remote with optional office space and a very nice work culture and supportive team.
Cons
The start up mentality equals fast pace that can sometimes outstrip the more junior requirements to learn and absorb while meeting the high demand of work and rapid acceleration. Pivoting is still common and can be taxing swapping between so many projects in flux. You can learn but you absolutely must learn at lightening pace. Also, React, need I say more?
