Cool events, activations, freebies, discounts. Generous PTO policy. Mostly relaxed office dress code.

Poor leadership, communication, and direction. No real plan for individual growth. They often infringe on personal time. US President of the company can be rude/condescending. Often experienced competing priorities outside scope of work due to lack of direction & communication.
