      Appreciate the team members and working with them

      Rigid process and procedures with little room to go the extra mile for a customer or improve what we do. No room for career growth although they promote it.

      The leaders in the HR dept. allow us to try new things out. They are always appreciative of all the work we do.

      I do not see a downside. Managers are always encouraging.
