Pros

None to be honest apart from a few good staff

I have no words how to say how bad this organization is. It is soo poorly managed you are stuck in review after review meeting weekly toped with monthly reviews where the same topics are discussed. The management is so focused on the reviewing these departments, focused on only the negatives, putting people down and shouting at them for missed deadlines. Employees are expected to escalate any issues "put their comrades on the line" they are afraid to do so. All of this has just pushed the employees to run on survival mode and show up to work just for the paycheques. However, the management is blindsided to this. Your increments are nonexistent here don't even think about getting any your job titles keep changing. Getting approvals for the budgets takes forever. Equipment is outdated yet no clear signs of replacing them. Their favourite employees are trainees cause they are cheap. You are always working in a constant state of pressure and anxiety. It's so mentally taxing to make decisions because if it has any implications for the top management of a wrong decusions. Top management is focussed on the wrong things. They criticize you on every step of the way focus on the mistakes you are making. Presentations here are all about you being told how incompetent you are because of the small mistakes like a spelling is off and being told you are not giving basic information rather than the content in the slides. Your slides are jammed packed with so much information that they don't add. There are people in the top management are sinking the ship. In short if you are approached by them run the other way!!

Pros

None to be honest, the place is one full of drama.

Cons

People shouting at each other down the reporting lines Gates closed at your exact arrival time, even a minute late means you are forced to take leave for that day. The directors calls for a meeting when it is now time to go home which again can delay to 8pm yet the arrival rule the following day maintains. Unclear career progression. Show cause letters a measure of HR/Line Managers success on very flimsy grounds. Unclear KPIs that change at directors' discretion. Employees goes for years without being confirmed - probation extension the order of the day.

Pros

It a WHO pre approved pharmaceutical company in Kenya

Cons

People resign and there are no replacement leading to lots of pressure to the remaining employees. Lots of scolding and abuse, No direction etc
