- Good work life balance - Much to learn and experience seeing as junior staff are expected to handle everything from preparing tenders and proposals to executing work for projects - 1 WFH day per week
Cons
- Not much guidance from senior consultants, very sink or swim. Sometimes seniors themselves have no idea what to do but still expect you to provide answers via your own research - Salary is below market average amongst competitors - Small annual salary increments, very slow career progression - No performance bonus even though company had good profits - Poor employee benefits - Lack of proper safety procedures when doing field work, usually due to cost cutting when budgeting for projects
