Pros
Big household brands with big activations. Despite being nestled between Ampthill and Flitwick in the Bedfordshire countryside, Omne is an agency with big industry impact and even bigger ambition. You'll get a chance to work on a wide selection of clients including huge enterprise-level brands, most of which you will already know. Campaigns although UK-centric do appear both in the UK and internationally as Omne has breadth and depth in the industry. No day is a dull one, the agency is genuinely fast-paced, the work is varied, engaging, at times entrepreneurial, hands-on and rewarding. Culture is important to Omne which is driven from Leadership all the way through the company, and it shows with regular social events, a real "one team" attitude and a working environment/atmosphere conductive to the impressive growth it is experiencing. Employee benefits and package are also regularly in review to ensure they remain competitive with the best agencies, as Omne truly attracts some of the best talent to produce the best work and cement its strong position.
Cons
The agency might feel like it belongs in London, but it isn't. Unless you are in the smaller Manchester division, Omne's primary location makes having a car a necessity and the nearest restaurants/bars for socialising are a short drive away. As the agency is also in rapid growth there are some teething issues. Parking and desk space can be a challenge. Desks must be booked in advance but you may not always get one and will need to WFH, this is rare but it does happen. Parking spaces are also limited. If you do not arrive early you are forced to park in a nearby football club which requires a short walk into the office; a minor inconvenience, but unpleasant in the rain. Systems and procedures are also constantly evolving as the agency scales. New expectations, new technology, new ways of working, new teams and expanding teams are common. If you enjoy pace and can adapt to change, then you will thrive.
