Sometimes free food / drinks dependent on managements demeanour that day.

Management a serious disgrace. Frequently smoking and drinking indoors, verbal abuse to staff on floor and kitchen alike. Rotas often given extremely late , for example on a Sunday night for the following Monday 9am start. Never received a payslip or p45/p60 in entirety of my employment there. Received NO training on allergens, hygiene or health and safety. Shifts most frequently had no end times , and no breaks were given. During the covid-19 pandemic , no rules were adhered to, with friends of management often having secret gatherings to which police did attend on occasion. Asked to remove mould from cream on cakes and pastries on display. Avoid at all costs. Disgrace

I read some of the reviews and I’m shocked as that’s not my experience at all The opposite actually Never had issue with pay or payslips Tips are the staff responsibility as owners don’t want to touch them Yes I’ve had a day or two missing but that’s other staff missing me out as I’m not working at the time. I’ve always had food I just ask
