It's definitely not a role for someone looking for a relaxed, 9-to-5 schedule—this company is for those who are ready to hustle and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

I worked for Dolabany Eyewear for over 3 years and recently left due to personal reasons not related to the job. It was a very bittersweet departure for me. I found it was a great place to work in that I was given my own territory/business to run and once I got my territory up and running, management gave me leeway to run it. It was hard work but the commissions were uncapped which motivated me to work hard and I was pleased with the results. I found the management to be fair and supportive but they did ask that you get up and go to work everyday. The company is very well respected in the eyewear industry which made me well received with customers. I would recommend working at Dolabany Eyewear as I had a great experience there.

Commissions were great but not a lot of benefits - this could be improved upon.
