You learn a lot about cooking, baking and how to appease a narcissist. The staff are all amazing and work hard to make the company successful.
Cons
This company is wildly disorganized. The owner is mentally unwell and treats her staff like second class citizens. She berates people for not wearing the right clothes, being overweight, refusing to be controlled or manipulated, will not listen to feedback about anything. She has been charged with assault and has had a number of lawsuits against her. She does not pay staff according to her philosophy of "living wage". She wears the mask of "nice" but in reality she creates chaos within the company and holds everyone else accountable. She tries to fire people she can no longer control and has made MANY staff cry over the years. She is awful.
