As another person reviewed, it's the new kid on the block. Very well hyped. CEO seems to be a very good at selling.

Lack of planning - CEO has visions, but there is no plan! Chaos at work - The acquisition they made has caused so many issues in the organization and the product they sell to the clients. Still cleaning up with firefighting a problem after another, endlessly. Office politics - Cat fights. New exec joining every month from CEO's circle, creating more politics. Negative team relations - Some teams seem fine. But some teams don't want to help other teams. In the end, everyone is in the same game, right??? Maybe the issue is people don't understand what the company is trying to do..
