- Offers a lot of hands-on work in every aspect of accounting you can think of (audit, bookkeeping, review, tax etc.)
Cons
- Be prepared to get yelled at every other day
- Constance likes to micromanage everything
For example:
She stormed out of her office because she heard another worker typing. Apparently, she thought the type of work that her worker was doing shouldn't require so much typing, so my poor co-worker got yelled at for typing too much.
- Constance does not manage her own stress well and it makes everyone that worked for her felt stressed out.
For example:
She screamed and yelled on a telephone call while all the workers were working. She didn't close her door or apologize for being so loud, but she did throw her phone across the room. No explanation. Just I'm the boss and I do whatever I want type of attitude. Not very professional.
