Pros
Good member base, stable environment, entrepreneurial culture, close knit group of employees.
Cons
Limited to no benefits outside of pay, long hours, limited opportunity for growth, conservative culture, egotistical decision making. Everyone past entry level is underpaid and it often shows. High turnover and constant organizational flux, especially how employees are compensated. There is little hesitation to invest in infrastructure, but financial investing in employees is minimal. Family culture that breeds elitism and family employees who contribute little to the organization outside of laziness and general contempt for their presence.
