There is always something going on and has lots of activities for students.

There are limited student paid roles.

Great opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills. Helped make a real difference for students. Improved confidence in public speaking and negotiation. Built strong relationships with faculty and peers. Gained experience in representing diverse student voices.

Sometimes difficult to balance the role with academic workload. Some issues took time to resolve due to university processes. Not all suggestions were implemented
