I am with Crox consulting for more than a year, so far it has been Excellent journey. Management is flexible to understand your needs and concern. There is no arrogance in management, if you go with genuine problem, you will be listened. of course bad apples are not welcomed anywhere, however management gives sufficient time to improve them in their behavior and work. Enough clients to engage people. Trust with employees is at high level, provided you worth it. Company provides good time for Fun. Cab and Meal is provided, no deduction from salary. Since its new company in this Industry, will take some time to stabilize certain things in management and fix it in hierarchical management structure . No other cons I see.
