      Pros

      A fantastic, locally owned restaurant group. Great expansion opportunities. They remember the importance of a work/life balance, and family time, two things difficult to find in the service industry.

      Cons

      Not much I can say, other than your typical late nights, and long hours. It's the restaurant industry, so it's par for the course.
