Pros

The work itself was rewarding and fulfilling. There are a few great people who still work there.

Cons

You won't see many of the negative reviews employees and former employees want to post but won’t because of fear of being bullied — behavior that is common here. In fact this review will likely result in childish retaliation. Every bad characteristic you can think of in a toxic workplace exists here. Disfunction, disrespect, lack of vision, high turnover, favoritism, micromanagement, lack of appreciation, lack of communication... The list goes on and on. The culture is absolutely terrible because of the ebbs and flows of the moods in leadership. One day they’ll come in and tell everybody the company is switching to casual work environment and the next they become upset about something trivial and rip it away. The employees walk on eggshells. If you don’t come in early in the morning and smile and say hello, you may be on the chopping block that day. If you are a female and you become pregnant, not only are the benefits for you terrible, you may be on the chopping block. If you sit down for dinner with your family and leave your phone off for a half-hour and your boss happens to call you but you miss it during that short time frame… You may be on the chopping block then too. If you’re in Sales, the CEO holds regular sales meetings which can also go one of two ways. If he’s angry that day, he will cuss and yell so violently he spits. There is no accountability for this behavior because of assigning blame, lies and manipulation. Several A-players have left the company because of the leadership (or lack thereof). When you give your notice, you will be bullied then too, until you’re sent out without being paid out for your notice or any remaining PTO (this is actually written in the handbook). My mental health was at an ultimate low when I left.

Solid place to work with a great atmosphere and co-workers. Ownership is active, thoughtful, and will take care of any/all who show effort and care for the organization.
