Cons
My experience working with upper management was very negative. Leadership was not appreciative or kind to employees, and the primary focus seemed very numbers oriented. Although I understand that a business needs to be profitable, I have a long history working in dental offices that were able to be successful as companies yet remain patient-focused and respectful of the value of staff.
