      Pros

      Bakery manager is excellent, he has a great positive attitude. Delicious treats that are fun to make.

      Cons

      Owner is toxic, overbearing and judgemental. Will talk behind your back with other employees. Spies on employees and undermines your confidence. Turnover is high, even though they pretend the staff are like family - that is a lie.

      -unreliable scheduling, shifts changed day of without much notice - tips not always paid out on a regular schedule - poor communication making negative work place
