Co-workers are really nice and supportive, which makes the job somewhat bearable despite the management issues.
Cons
Management significantly declined after the new leadership took over in 2025. The workplace culture has become increasingly unhealthy and unsupportive. Staff are not valued, respected, or appreciated for their contributions, no matter how much effort they put in.
Turnover is extremely high !! Most employees don’t even make it to a year, with many leaving within six months or less. Efforts like working extra hours are completely overlooked, yet the moment you are even a few minutes late for a valid reason, it’s not accepted. There is no balance or consideration for employees’ time or dedication.
The environment feels crowded and chaotic, with too many hands on the line, often giving the impression that higher management is more focused on showing off than supporting their staff. Morale is very low, and employees are treated as replaceable rather than professionals.
